This location has significantly enhanced its fragrance department, now featuring esteemed brands such as Amouage, Roja, and Bond No. 9, which greatly enriches the shopping experience. However, the primary impetus for this review is the exceptional service I receive from Antonia Gabriele.

Antonia embodies both warmth and professionalism, making every interaction a delight. During my first purchase, she promptly addressed my needs over the phone, exceeding my expectations by arranging a convenient curbside delivery as I drove home from work. Since then, her continued support has been remarkable; she readily answers my inquiries via text and provides samples of fragrances I express interest in.

Despite not being a high-spending client like some of Neiman Marcus’s other customers, Antonia treats me as though I am among their most valued patrons. For any future purchases at Neiman Marcus, I will undoubtedly seek her assistance. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I normally shop online but I had to make a return and it was a beautiful day, UNTIL I stepped foot in this store. They watched me so aggressively! and I know I definitely do not look like the type to do a smash and grab. It was just some very Old and middle aged White men and women with a pompous sense of entitlement offering zero smiles and offering zero help while working in a luxury retail store. Go figure! Not only will i never visit this store again, i wont even shop their online stores anymore either.

As soon as I walk in, there is an older employee with glasses (wish I had her name) immediately thought that me and my friends were stealing cologne and gave us dirty remarks. Very unprofessional for a high class retail store. She points to her other worker (a man) and says I’m done with them and starts to complain to my friends and I. The only reason this is 2 stars is because of another worker that was polite and respectful to us. I wish I had her name do better and realize that people are not all the same.

Spent a small fortune on a Montcler overcoat for my wife. The zipper clasp fell off after 3 wears. The woman’s department was not a help at all and refused to even help order a replacement part. Customer service suggested I look on Amazon. Expensive store that does not stand by its products. Not to sound to bougie, but It’s hi ho hi ho, off to Bergdorfs I go for my holiday shopping. I will never buy so much as a clothespin from Neiman Marcus after receiving what could be the worst after purchase customer service in my life. Caveat Emptor. In my opinion, The staff is probably underpaid and totally disinterested after you pay and management is too busy and arrogant to respond at that store.

Closing at 7 while every other location closes at 8 is diabolical. Drove out for no reason, ended up spending in Jersey location instead. It’s my own fault for going without noticing but customer feedback nonetheless.

The store is typical of Neiman Marcus - laid out well, very good service, and some high prices. This store has some ongoing renovation on the top floor, so the down escalator was not in service.

Stephanie is the absolute best!!! she assisted me with a last minute valentines gift that was only available in this location. She was kind courteous and so professional, even though she worked for a different department she was courteous and got me the right person to help out!!! cant thank her enough?
