I brought my Citizen Eco Drive watch into Prestige because it had stopped running and I thought it would need to be repaired or replaced. The owner told me he could replace the part, but advised me to first put the watch under a lamp for 72 hours to possibly reactivate it, and if that didn’t work, he’d replace the part for me. Well, I did what he advised, and lo and behold, my watch is working fine again!
Thank you Prestige for being knowledgeable, and honest! Old-school ways of doing things are a lost art. I hope this 5-Star review gets you more business.

Great service and pleasant experience every time I take any of my Omega, Cartier, Longines and Tissot for service and/or repair. Going there for several years and never look back to the big names (with their overprized service tags)! Father and son is always ready to help and answer my silly questions about the service and /or the watches!

I purchased a used Seiko Presage Cocktail time and upon pickup I was blindsided by a broken stem. I decided to buy the watch at a discount from the seller and found Prestige Watches online. I took it in and was told 2-3 weeks before it was ready for pickup. Within 7 days I received a call informing me that my watch was ready for pickup! The quality of the repair was outstanding and the customer service was excellent! Highly suggest this jeweler and I will be a loyal customer going forward! Their showroom offers a wide variety of brands and models for purchase, so if you aren’t looking for repair/maintenance you can find a brand new watch to buy!

Best place to take your timepiece for cleaning or repair. Not many left with that kind of customer service and attention to details. They did repair on our Rolex and saved me over $800 (comparing to Hyde Park). Honest and straight forward service.
