Wow! If I could give you 10 stars I would. I purchased the hot pink 52 quart cooler you guys had, and your husband was so sweet and willing to help me while you were on vacation. When he wasn’t sure how to ring it up he called an employee and had her help. My item was shipped within an hour of buying and I got it 2 days later in amazing condition. Absolutely LOVE Tootsie Lou’s!! We found this boutique by total accident when in Wichita Falls for my daughter’s doctor appointment and absolutely fell in love! Now when we come into town we have to stop by “our boutique”. The owners are absolutely beautiful people and every staff member we have met has been wonderful! It is the highlight of every trip to Wichita Falls!
