This store is gorgeous!! I walked in and immediately was greeted with a warm welcome by Melody. She was nice and very helpful. I did meet with the owners Yvette and Rene, and they were so kind and warm. They offered me drinks and food and was such a heartfelt welcome. They cleaned my necklace and was so gracious about it. They have such a great story of this family business, and you can tell they have great pride of their product. Emma and Alia were very helpful and pleasant as well. The associates reflect the store very well, they are very nice and sweet. The jewelry they have in stock is gorgeous as well. Very unique pieces and such beautiful loose diamonds. I could not recommend this place enough!!

This was my first time visiting Casa Leon Jewelers in Lake Mary and I received excellent customer service from start to finish. I am very happy and satisfied with my diamond ring setting repair and will certainly be back for other purchases when needed and repairs for other jewelry, if needed. This location is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The ladies were wonderful. I love the level of comfort I felt, from the moment I walked in. Everything was so beautiful! I was having a stressful moment and Lauren had the jeweler examine my ring. The ladies were so comforting in my overly dramatic moment haha. It was such a great experience that I will definitely be back. I even bought a cute necklace while I was there. These poor ladies had to listen to me ramble and rant about this ring and it was not even their problem. But they were so committed to helping me find relief. This place felt like home! Is hard to find this kind of quality and level of professionalism in the world today. I am impressed! Thank you Casa Leon Jewelers!

I didn’t buy anything today, but I used to go into the old store, but I went in there today with my chain that was slightly broke one of the rings were bent and within five minutes they fixed it and there was no charge it wasn’t about not paying for it. It’s just about the way they handle it and the way they greeted you when you walked in. It’s a big difference from the other store as far as size just really nice people there and they all treat you great when you walk in , will be back

Got me in on short notice to get an engagement ring and wedding band polished and cleaned the ring shines now! Customer service is excellent and Lauren and Hade are great at keeping the communication going throughout the process! Would definitely recommend

WOW! Simply stunning!! We started our search for my dream ring. I saw bits and pieces from other rings that I liked but nothing I loved. Kenna did amazing job in helping me design my ring.
