Hello! I got lovely fashionable dove earrings at this store. It took me a while to pick perfect earrings and the mall was about to close. I was treated with respect. I found the ladies working there being really sweet and classy. It felt great, but as soon as I got my hand with the earrings towards my bag to pick up a phone call (before I paid) one of the ladies said “what are you doing?”. I understand it looks very suspicious and I used to sell jewels in the past, so I understand, but it felt super awkward. I don’t know if I ever want to go through that embarrassment seeing these ladies again. I am sorry. Their products are lovely, high quality, I wear the earrings every day. I got many compliments!

I went in there last year for Christmas and the associates were super nice and helped my niece pick out a lovely locket for her mom for Christmas. Then this year I went in there with my niece, and the associates hovered around my niece and I while we were shopping as if we were going to steal things. When my niece asked about spiritual items, the associate showed her a bunch of crosses (which I understand) and my niece specified that she was more interested in an Om symbol and the associate was quite rude to her. I suggested to my niece that we leave, but the associates continued to show her things, one necklace being amethyst. My niece was telling the associates how it changes color if it gets too much sunlight, and one woman in particular decided to ARGUE with my 10 year old niece about this. After this experience we will NEVER shop here again.

Patricia was so offensive to us while shopping we put our pile of jewelry down and left the store. Patricia literally pushed me out of the way for another customer while I was picking out earrings, refused to give my daughter water and was so snobby that we will NEVER buy Brighton again. Patricia made me feel like I didn’t belong in the store, not sure why, we were ready to spend money.

I shop there all the time for my wife. I am always treated with the utmost respect. The ladies in the store aren't pushy at all. They only make suggestions when asked, which is often for me... If I bring my wife home a box or bag with Brighton on it she knows she will like it before she even opens it.

Tonight I went to Brighton Collectibles at the Flatirons Mall to make an expensive purchase as a gift for a friend. I was in the middle of picking out 34 charms for a bracelet to represent each year my colleague served as a teacher in our district. An employee at the store who was not helping me to begin with, came and stood over me. Her demeanor and words showed me that she was concerned about me stealing, which is the farthest thing from the truth.

This was so offensive to me and made me so angry, I immediately stopped picking out charms. I let her know that she would not be collecting a commission from me. The way that I was treated was unacceptable and I will never give them my business. I encourage you not to shop there either.

This place is addictive. The jewelry is lovely and keeps it's silver without needing to be cleaned. The handbags are pricey but so we'll made that they will last forever.

I went into this location looking for a certain collection, called the 'heart to heart' and i asked an employee, woman around 30 with short brown hair and blonde hightlights where i can find it and she told me she cant help me find the product and to find it myself and than went back to stocking items.
She was disrespectful and comepletely turned me off from purchasing anything from this store.
