I have been buying and selling pre owned luxury bags for many many years. I have always had a positive experience until deciding to sell to Dallas Designer Handbags. After mailing in the Chanel WOC, I started to receive emails stating that the price is too much and the bag will possibly not sell. Then I received an email saying that they had a low ball offer and I should accept it. Once they received the bag, they refused to return it to me without a LARGE shipping charge. I agreed to sell the bag because of the cost of the return shipping charge. I DO NOT recommend Dallas Designer Handbags. I’m not new at luxury fashion buying and selling and this was the worst experience! I felt the employee was rude and condescending on each phone call. He would repeatedly state that I had misrepresented the condition of the bag and I understood that this likely happens, but in my situation this was not the case. I’m wondering if this is the phone call received by everyone that mailed in a bag regardless of the condition to increase their profits? I would give zero stars if possible.

This spot is FIRE. I came in to sell a random bag that I bought on a whim (fellas, don't ever buy a man bag without your woman's opinion, you will do LOTS of wrong on many levels to many people, including yourself!).

The staff was super helpful. It does get busy so make an appointment or you may be stuck waiting over an hour to get some help. I did NOT make an appointment (rookie move) and did end up having to come back about an hour later. All good though. When I did return, I was promptly seen and had a great experience.

I liked it so much so that I ended up just asking for store credit and bought another bag! Oh well. So much for going here to make $ by selling a bag. I did do that but then I spent like 5x that trade in price on a new item. I guess I did kind of get paid bc I got such a great deal on the new bag? YES, that's the reality I choose to believe :).
