Worst experience, visited the store today, the lady that greeted us was sooo cold like she was not bothered to be at work, we were constantly followed despite advising that I require no assistance ATM.it was a super uncomfortable experience it made me so uncomfortable. They need to learn from LV outstanding customer service. Never coming back

The interior of the shop was set out really nicely. I felt as if they treated be relatively well, seeing as I'm a student etc. The doorman was friendly and courteous, and the sales assistant really tried to help give me the best service she could - going to the back to find the ribbon colour, packing it all nicely, etc - without giving off an annoyed or condescending vibe
