The current location pin on the Google Maps is not correct. Took me 30 minutes to find it.

The correct location is opposite with Tesla showroom, next to Lululemon and under Torrid. Hope it will help you find it easier!

Came here for a warranty for my Beats headphone. Everything was perfect! Good, fast, and nice customer support!

Let me put my two cents on this review since I’ve been seeing so many negative reviews from this location since its opening.

I initially came here on October 7 because I needed to purchase Apple Care for my 14 inch MacBook Pro. I was greeted by Vanessa and she was very nice, respectful, and helpful. She told me that I needed to meet with a genius bar associate because it was past my 60 days of purchase so that was completely understandable. I booked an appointment with her for genius bar the next day since I had places to be at that day.

The next day comes by and my appointment was at 11:25 AM. I came in about seven minutes late, but I was greeted by an employee the moment I entered the store. They were able to take me in albeit 7 minutes late and I really appreciated his help.

I was then greeted by a genius bar associate not too long after named Morein (I believe was her name?) and the whole process took about 10 minutes before she was able to have me purchase Apple Care. She was also kind, helpful, and assisted me with what I needed perfectly.

Additionally, after I purchased my warranty and was looking around, I was greeted by two more employees asking if I needed anything which adds to the hospitality of the Del Amo team even more.

Overall, my experience was very great, helpful, and straightforward. The employees were very welcoming and hospitable in my opinion. Perhaps if you’re able to approach the employees and ask for help, they will be more than happy to. It’s just that they have an influx of people placing orders and window shopping at this specific location since this is a very new Apple Store.

Lastly, I finally don’t need to go to Manhattan Beach to have my devices checked out anymore now that this place is only a 10 minute drive from my home in Torrance. ?

25-35 different employees at least and it took 1 hour just waiting while having a specific appointment for help. I know this because i had all the time possible to count, the employees are smart there but i waited hours for them to mess up my airpod replacement. Would not recommend this apple store. Definitely not returning.

DON'T CHOOSE THIS LOCATION for product pick up. I was told I could up the same day at that location. Placed the order and was asked to select a check-in slot time. Which I don't understand why. If they tell you to wait until it's ready for pick up. Plenty of employees but the product couldn't be ready. I saw people left and right getting their orders processed on the spot. What's the point of offering a same day store pick up, if they aren't gonna do it. A reason why I think A samsung is much better than apple at this point. Go to a different APPLE STORE DONT GO TO DEL AMO. ITS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. waited almost 3hrs. Product wasn't even ready

I was here yesterday for a 1pm appointment to pick up a watch and phone.. I didnt leave til 330... and my phone wasnt even activated. They took people in from line in groups, so me and this guy went in, so David helped out the guy with me for like an hour, so I just stood there watching.. and somehow not all associates knew how to do the pick up , or trade in.. it was chaos.. then when it was my turn , around 2pm , way past my appt time.. somehow my number didnt transfer to my phone.. and when they had me go on their cpu to erase / turn off find my --- it was sending the security code to my phone number, problem was I had nothing to get this code.. so they called tmobile , and a whole lot of run around.. Diana was cool , she was helpful, she really did her thing but unfortunately tmobile for secuirty reasons couldnt just activate my phone thru a phone call so yes I had to go to Tmobile on my own time after spending 2 n half hours in that store.. and worse part is i have to go back to submit my trade in of my watch cus yup we couldnt do that w out an activate line ... so ya... m sure David is a cool guy but man , were they not ready for that grand opening , the same day they have the first day of iphone 16 release... went to tmobile, took like 5 mins but just the fact i had to even do that was crazy, and now i gota go back again to apple for the watch trade... such a tiring day, all that excitement for new device went down the drain lol

this store is actually so bad, The workers genuinely do not seem to care one bit. The workers are so lazy they doordash/uber eats food from the mall into the store because they are too lazy to even go outside to the food court to get it. I waited for atleast an hour for them to basically do nothing. Stay away from this apple store and it’s weird employees

I wouldn't recommend going to this location. There are employees to help you but they walk off and leave you waiting for hours. I had an appointment to fix my phone with genius and the man didn't fix anything so i had to go to Verizon.
