The Brighton at Huebner Oaks in San Antonio is my favorite! Easy access parking, a beautiful spacious and well organized store with fun events for Brightonistas! My mom and I just won the Mother's Day gift cards - score! Wonderful and attentive staff. So much fun!

Great customer service by Laurie (Huebner Oaks)! She even helped me decide between a couple of gift choices I was stumped on today. This is my 3rd year visiting Brighton during the holidays to add to my wife's Halo collection. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The cookies and the water are always a sweet touch! Thanks!

It was first time going into the store, i was just going in to look around and the three ladies working were so nice. One lady showed me around and kinda showed me around and u was glad because i wouldnt have known some of the things in the store. I didnt buy anything but the prices are very reasonable. I was just going in to see the kinda of things they sell & they offer me the catalogs and beautiful bottle waters. Very welcoming.

Well! I went to Brighton huebner oaks location and was greeted by Olga with her bottle of hand sanitizer as I walked into the store. I told her that I was needing to purchase a Christmas gift from my wife's wish list. She searched online and stated that my wife did not have a wish list. I knew that that she did because she had showed it to me a few weeks ago. Olga tried to get me to purchase random things . She gave up on me after I told her that I was not going to purchase anything that my wife was not asking for or anything that she already has. Her answer was well she can always return it and exchange for something else. I then called my wife who stated that she did have several item on her wish list at Brighton. I then ask Olga if she could search one more time. After awhile she found her wish list and apologized for ruining my wife's Christmas surprise. I was very disappointed with the Huebner oaks location. Olga is not very knowledgeable on their website. I believe that she is a manager because the other two ladies seemed to be taking orders from her. I started to shop at this location because the service was better than the Northstar location but I guess now I will have to try another one! Staff wasn't as friendly as they usually are. Most times they even offer bottle water but not today!

Went in to return a Christmas gift. First of all, the mgr helps a lady who came in after i did. Then the other sales/cashier person tells me she can't do refunds only the mgr can, so i have to wait. Then I'm told the tags are not on the gift, hello it's the price tag, and I can get an exchange even though I have the gift receipt. The manager looks up the associate who sold the item and advises she can do a refund this time. Well this will be the only time because I'll never go there again!
