A group of ladies decided to go to Worth Avenue and have lunch. While there we stopped at Daniella Ortiz. What a wonderful experience. we walked in and was greeted by this absolutely beautiful young woman who is the perfect ambassador for this high-end handbag store we found out her name was Shannon and she went above and beyond to show us purses. She knew so much about the product - where it was made how they do it - it was like I was in a museum, the bags are beautiful and I will buy eventually - right now was not the time. In this day and age I find as I get older staff at many stores are not really into the consumer some are rude some don’t even pay attention to you and it’s so disheartening to see that this is what the generation is coming to. It was such a pleasure meeting shannon and I will definitely be back.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to hear back from Shannon on a handbag I wanted. I’ve stopped by her store 3 times with assurances that she will call, not yet. Not only is this rude but terrible customer service. She said the bag would be in last Friday and she would call either way. Never a call and she’s the manager.

Went to the store today and couldn’t decide which bag to buy. All yummy leather colorful bags. Convertible from handle to crossbody. Beautiful and creative. Daniella came in while we were shopping. She is lovely and so normal and funny. Decided on an exotic crossbody. Gorgeous. Fabulous bags!!! Don’t miss this store when in palm beach.
