I ordered a Seiko presage SPB221. The watch wasn’t in stock but Dejaun Jewelers got it from seiko in 2 day and shipped it overnight to me. Everything has been perfect, really. Assistance provide, communication, professional, efficient and friendly. As promised, the watch was delivered on time in an anonymous package. Exactly as promised. Just a potential for improvement is to provide a clear instruction guide for sizing the bracelet. The bracelet on my watch was of the Seiko type with collar and pins. Except that here, the collar had to be placed in the central part of the bracelet and in one of the side. It took me sometimes to figure out how to re assemble the thing. Problem solved. I have my watch and I ‘lol order my next ont to Dejaun for sure.

I ordered the Seiko Presage limited edition from Dejaun but watch was out of stock. Dejaun was really great in that they ordered the piece for me, kept me updated on where my watch was and then once it arrived from overseas to their store they promptly shipped it to me. During all this, the kept me updated regularly via text messages which allowed me to build trust and confidence with them. I would not hesitate recommending them or buying from them again.
