Steve was absolutely lovely. He helped us pick out our wedding rings within our chosen budget and went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers. He even asked another staff member to clean my engagement ring up whilst we were chatting. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with the staff during my recent visit! The staff member was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They even invited me to the exclusive Le Vian event, which made me feel like a truly valued customer. I appreciate the personal touch and am looking forward to attending the event. Couldn't be happier with my experience! Staff are so sweet and helpful and the ring selection & quality is AMAZING! I went in not knowing my ring size or what I really wanted but the staff helped me pick out a ring that complimented my completion, my exact size and in the sale! Wish I could rate 10 stars!

I bought my then partner a watch for our up coming wedding day ? Carolyn and Steve was amazing, my own watch had broken and Steve mended the strap while I was there. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

What lovely staff, today we picked up our wedding rings. Service on buying them was just lovely. I have to be truthful we did visit the trafford centre shop and the lady was rude and not helpful at all so i was a little reluctant in going in the arndale shop but so glad I did. We have been served by 3 different staff members on the occasions and the standard of them all was great. Lovely kind and they made the experience truly lovely. Thank you. Maybe the staff from the arndale should train the trafford centre staff.

Carolyn was super helpful and kind i had a better experience here than at the trafford centre. Staff had all the time in the world for me and made me feel really welcome. Would recommend this store over trafford centre store any day !!!
