Always the finest attention to detail, the most knowledgeable staff, and the best customer service. I was told by 5 other shops my Seiko World Time watch was unrepairable, couldn't be done. Not at Mathue's though, they took it on and now I can enjoy a family heirloom that is running better than the day it was made 60 years ago.

There is no one I trust more to work on any of my jewelry. I love that they are a local business. They have been working on my high end watches for years and are the only ones I trust as they are certified in certain manufacturers. I don’t even live in the state anymore but when I am making a trip back I drop whatever I have that needs to be worked on and pick back up on my next trip. 100% trust worthy, super knowledgeable and friendly. You can not go wrong. Only problem is getting sucked in to their gorgeous jewelry!!

We visited from out of town and were met with such kindness and a lot of knowledge from the team here. Noelle helped us out and she was absolutely incredible. She was very patient and answered all of the questions that we had about their watch collection. My advice is to call and confirm a website listing is available, as I visited with a specific Seiko in mind, but it was unfortunately a slightly different style. Still so thankful for this experience!
