I came to this location to upgrade from Samsung to Apple. Luis helped me and was extremely helpful and was great at multitasking. He maintained a positive attitude despite how busy the place was at the time.

I just want to start this review off by saying Davina is THE BEST salesperson I've ever had. my Fiance and I came in to just upgrade her phone and weigh the options. we were then greeted by Davina who then walked us through the process of upgrading and was very receptive to everything we wanted to do. I was still on the fence about upgrading, but when I was told I could upgrade with little to no money down, how could I refuse? also I ended up saving a lot of money with my month to month bill! We were then told we could have smart watches for next to nothing! it was just crazy good deals left and right! Throughout the whole process it seemed to me that it wasn't all about the deal to her, but rather her wanting us to walk away as happy and satisfied as possible. I highly recommend Davina to anyone who is still unsure about upgrading.

I understand no everybody likes their job however I feel like costumer service should be a must at all times Julian was assisting me buying my new phone however he seem like he didn’t wanted to be there with such bad attitude, I felt uncomfortable of asking questions since he acted like he was having a bad day or something, we got helped fast but the experience we had with Julian was not the best.

Went in yesterday to upgrade two phones and add two lines. Immediately I was greeted by Davina, let me just start by saying her energy and customer service is above and beyond. She walked me through the process and it was smooth transition the whole time. We were able to relate and have small talk about similarities of our lives which was a great way to pass time since transferring data can take awhile. It was coming near time for them to close and I was still waiting for the transfer to finish. She didn’t make me feel unwelcome or rushed at all she waited with me until the transfer was done almost 10 mins after closing. She is a gem. Thank you again Davina!

Excellent service and compassion. Had to add a modem to my account for a family member passing away and Jay, Frankie and Ian were the absolute best! They helped out in and emergency and emotional time. They were kind, caring, supportive and efficient.

This place is so unprofessional. Had me waiting in line for a long time just to have 4 other people who came in after me get checked in before me. Where is the service No communication whatsoever. When waiting the white male with glasses was so rude to the guest. Let’s also talk about the older bald man who was just sitting in the back when they have 10 people in line. I’m assuming that’s the boss though. I work across the street and have less staff members than you guys and manage to be way better at service. I just don’t understand the unnecessary attitude
