If I could give a 0 or negative stars I would. I was planning on buying a backpack for my partner and spent time looking at the backpacks, as in unzipping them and zipping them up. An older Asian guy followed me around and kept rearranging things when I set them down. And then told me I should not zip the bags so hard. I was unzipping as I would any zipper and how I zip my Tumi computer bag. I asked him if the zippers on Tumi were delicate and if so why would it be worth spending $500. He said I need to be more gentle. I told him he lost my business and walked out. Terrible customer service, felt like a ghetto convenience mart with a shopkeeper who doesn’t want you there. Avoid-clearly from other reviews there are issues with staff here. Never had such a bad experience in a Tumi store before.

Very poor customer service from Asian shopkeepers at this Tumi store. The language barrier renders their communication ineffective, making the exploration of luxury Tumi luggage quite difficult. Additionally, the Asian shopkeepers hover over customers, preventing them from exploring luggage options. If I had not already known which backpack I wanted and done research on it prior to visiting this LAX Tumi store, the salesperson would not have been able to sell it to me, nor would I have wanted to purchase anything else at this retailer.

Lady on counter did not speak a lot of English but done her best to communicate.After so many months of looking at Tumi decided to take the plunge and purchase a Renegade back pack in black.
The product is what you would expect for the price and should last a long time.I would recommend LAX airport store and most of all I got a 20% discount on the full price for showing my UK veteran ID card

Nice looking store, I only wish the store employee spoke English, he doesn't speak neither English or Spanish.
He speaks a ver basic English, he's nice, but that doesn't help me much more than that unfortunately.

The Asian sales guy at LAX is the worst. Can’t even talk properly. Won’t great customers and was very aggressive if you asked questions. Also, screamed at people in the store.

Worst customer support and store. Been buying tumi for years for there outstanding service.. this was just sad to witness. Don’t buy here that’s for sure
