Came here to get my GS watch resized and man I received such great service. I was indecisive on how big I wanted it to fit but they helped and explain how a watch should feel/fit. Price was very reasonable. I will be back to purchase my Rolex soon.

Im extremely happy with my watch repair. Their experience helped them figure out my issue that most jewelry stores were struggling to solve. Customer service was extremely great! A fantastic selection of new and used watches. Many of the hard to get models he had in stock. I went in to have a watch adjusted and get a battery and another and I walked out with a brand new Seiko samurai. Great customer service!

Honesty is the best policy! I gave five stars when ten stars is more appropriate. Visited Watch Works to have Invicta silicone bands replaced with stainless steel bands, and watches sized. Not every jeweler works on an Invicta watch because you have to have patience. They did a "fantastic job" with my watches and charged a fair price. If you have a watch that needs service, bring it to Watch Works. Why? This jeweler cares about their customers, trustworthy, pays attention to detail, and provides the highest level of professionalism: Trust Me!

I have been working with Nick for a few years now. He is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. I have bought a couple of used Rolexs from him and every time it was a smooth process. I love just stopping buy and talking about watches with him. If you want a watch of any type, give him a call. He will do right by you.
