Stopped into the store the other day while I was in town on work to look at some Tudor watches I’ve been interested in buying. I was helped around the store by Max who was the most gracious in chatting with me (turns out he went to college in my hometown!) and showing me everything I was interested and even went above and beyond for me by pulling out a few pieces he thought I would appreciate. Although I didn’t leave with the watch I was interested in that afternoon, the quality of service I was shown on my visit has made me choose Watches of Switzerland as my chosen dealer from now on. Worth the visit and can’t wait to be back.

I was first greeted at the door with an offer of water and espresso. WOS was clearly a high class but approachable place to shop for watches. Additionally Max, my sales rep, was awesome. The guy is clearly a watch lover and took the time to show me everything I wanted to see. It was honestly like chatting with a friend and I will 100% be back to this shop. Honestly I can’t say enough about Max. Can’t wait to stop in again. He’s my go-to watch guy from here on.

My friend and I came into the store a little afraid at first as we were not interested in buying. However, as soon as we came through the door we were greeted by friendly and passionate staff. Max Shain showed us around and even let us see some rare pieces. He is a great service person and he is highly enthusiastic about watches and watch history and all the nitty gritty details, as are we. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out this store. We left with some straps and smiles! Wonderful store!
